I had a 2nd stage interview scheduled in November 2021 for a Customer Order Specialist role. It was meant to be with the Customer Order Specialist Lead, Senior Order Management Specialist, and Sr. Customer Order Specialist. I took the day off work and showed up prepared, but unfortunately, no one from the interview panel attended. I waited for over an hour and 35 minutes without any communication or explanation from the recruiter after sending several emails , I received an email saying, "I don’t believe there will be an interview today. I will be back in touch." That was the only update I received at the time. It was incredibly frustrating and felt like a complete lack of regard for my time and effort.
