I was involved in the sale of Zebra to Extreme Networks. There was not an interview. The Zebra CEO said the WLan Enterprise Business was sold to Extreme Networks.

Entretien
I had an initial screening call with a recruiter and they seemed to be on top of things from the beginning, explained the role and provided a high-level view of the process and they were looking to move quickly. Felt like a positive start. Received a follow-up MS Teams invite later the same day from a coordinator for a first round interview for the end of the week at a time we aligned or calendars for. Day of - joined the meeting 5 mins prior to start time - and waited for 5 mins past and sent an email to the recruiter and coordinator stating I'm waiting to be let into the interview - no response from either - continued to wait until 15mins past - sent another follow-up that no one has joined from Extreme and included a screenshot - so I closed the call - I still have yet to receive a follow explanation as to why I was stood up. But feels like I dodged a bullet if this is how they treat candidates.
