I applied through an online link. Then I went for interview in their Chandigarh office. It was direct face to face interview, three people were sitting and they will ask you questions regarding sales and previous work experience
very easy and simple and too easy and not very interesting ...i won't do it again ....the process is too easy..the ngo I used to work with had much higher standards

There are two round 1) Gd process 2) Face to face interview . In Gd approx 10 candidates took participation and they select only 2. After that there will be F2F round . The question was totally based upon scenario.
