Had an informational round with the recruiter and had an chat with a data analyst. After the data analyst chatted with me, there was a take home portion, which included a model building, 2 sql queries and a business case-presentation in which analysis had to be done via code. Once that was submitted I chatted with a senior data scientist. The senior data scientist acted pretty arrogant in the sense that he was acted like a teacher quizzing you on data science principals. The craziest part of this interview was that he didn't even ask me a single question of the take home which I had just spent hours working on, cause in his words the take home assignment would be discussed if i passed the technical round with him. I guess the frustrating part is why not do the technical round with the data scientist and then do the take home, saving me or other candidates tons of time.
