This was a 2-part process, the first part taking about 15 minutes and the second part being an hour. Most questions were straightforward, but I got the feeling they were just looking for ways to improve their documentation without hiring someone. They contacted me back a few days later and asked me for writing samples...told me I would hear something early the following week...I waited until Friday of that week and asked...it was a "No". Basically, a very long interview that took up time that I had to make up for absolutely nothing. I at least expected better punctuality and professionalism.
