Went through application + 5 rounds of interview + contract signing within 2 months. Which I felt was a reasonable amount of time, considering I was working full-time at that point. 5 rounds seems excessive initially, but after being in the company, it felt needed and I’m thankful for it. Talking to HR, to the design leads, to different departments — that gave me a better understanding and a head start when I eventually joined the company.
