There were 2 stages. The first stage was a phone screening by HR. In the second stage, it was a WebEx panel consisting of the HR rep and leadership in the department. It was overall very smooth. My main complaint would be the follow up after the interview. There was not a lot of communication and the system to become a registered employee was very buggy.
