Interviewed and hired on the spot. Aptitude test was very challenging as to ensure proper hiring of qualified individuals. I got to meet quite a few member of upper management during that particular day and was very impressed by the whole hiring process

I met and interviewed with the most genuine and laidback Supervisor. He put me completely at ease after I spoke with the initial recruiter. Great experience. I think I got lucky meeting with the gentleman that I did because as I discussed my interview with new coworkers some of them had multiple rounds.

The interview process was good they ask customer service questions like what does customer service mean to you? Tell me about a time a customer was upset and how did you handle that?
