Applied online and received a phone call on the same day from a recruiter. The interview consisted of the recruiter essentially judging your personality, and then determining whether or not you'd be willing to go the distance for the role. The recruiter was incredibly polite, and really encouraging throughout the entire process. Simple interview with no difficulties.

Received phone call from internal recruiter. She did most of the talking and did a fairly good job at explaining the industry and the position. Was able to docu-sign fairly easily as well. Around 15 minutes later received call from company training contact and got more specific information for the initial training.
