They called me about a week after I turned in my application to set up an in-person interview. It wasn't a group interview, it was just with the manager. Went to the back of the store and the manager was very welcoming.

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
