I filled out an application and was called for an interview within a week. The interview was one-on-one with the Store Manager. I was called with a job offer that same week.

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
