Applied online and got a call back within the week asking for an interview. Came in and chatted for about 15-20 minutes and she gave me the job on the spot and I started within two weeks of getting hired!

where have I worked before? what makes me excited about working there? what is my personal style and how can i use that to help customers. It would also be helpful to do plenty of research about the kinds of clothes they sell and to learn about their jeans and stuff like that

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
