Group interview - the interviewer sat 6 of us down at a table in the stock room where we were asked a series of question in a discussion forum type setting. This took maybe 45 minutes. We were then released and then told we would get a call if hired.

A lot of the questions asked were about the ethics of stealing from the company - aka if someone was stealing from the register what would you guys do et cetere.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
