Submitted application online, heard back a few days later. Interview was with 5 other applicants. Store manager asked questions and we each took turns answering, basic questions such as Why Express?

Question 1
Most difficult question was when they asked to describe an experience when there was a conflict with a co-worker. That one threw me a bit.
Everyone lined up around the perimeter of the store. We were asked to come in in batches. Each group had about 10-15 people. They asked general questions about why we want to work there etc and we took turns answering. They took our contact info then we left. The interview itself was about 15 minutes

Easy simple questions called me the next day for a interview. The manager was very nice and pretty, and the next day she called me in the morning that i got the job.

Entretien
I signed up online and about a week later I was called in for an interview. They do not specify that it was a group interview, although I did expect it due to reading it everywhere online. To no surprise, it was a group interview. The manager seemed extremely casual and the interview was overall pretty basic questions. Make sure to make your ideas heard. Even if you don't have retail experience, relate the questions back to volunteer experience or other such subjects.
