Was relatively quick, and low difficulty. It was mostly meeting with the managers, going over goals and overall mission, and then watching a bunch of videos/memorizing the season's styles. The videos were long and boring, and took a while to get through. Memorizing the styles and trying them all on wasn't terrible.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
