J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Express (Garden City, NY) en sept. 2011

Group interview was really easy. A group of approximately 10 people came in. We went to the backroom where the hiring manager asked us each individually to tell the group a little bit about ourselves, our goals, and previous work history. After that we had to divide into 2 groups and create a song/dance/jingle anything unique and creative to describe express. We had 5-10 minutes to become comfortable with our group and create something. It was like a project to be able to open up and see who was the most energetic. The manager then asked if we had any questions for him. It was the first time I ever had a group interview or was interviewed in a non formal place. It was actually kind of fun. I got a call a week later to come in for orientation the coming friday. Out of the 10 people from my group only 3 were hired.

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
