Applied online on one of the job websites, got a call to fix an interview time 2 days later. Went in for the interview, was asked to fill out the job application on their website - which is a lil different The Interviewer was the store manager, very nice and chilled. She called me back a week later.

Applied online and was contacted to set up an interview time. Went to the store for the interview and they asked me some basic questions and about my retail experience. Called me back about 2 weeks later offering me the job.

It was a group interview and we all went around answering questions. Everybody had good answers and I didn't even receive an offer. I thought I was going to get hired because I answered my questions to the best of my ability.
