Was reached out to on Linkedin and met with the manager for coffee. Rest of the process was casual meet and greets with the team and the rest of the office. Also phone calls with upper management out of state

The overall interview process did take more than two months and I was often left to contact the recruiter directly for next steps. Once the interviews began, they were comprehensive, engaging, and I was made to feel comfortable at all times. Total of 4 interviews before an offer was presented.

Entretien
They called me to double-check my resume and experience before deciding it wasn't a fit. They weren't clear and wanted to speak to me before sending me an automatic rejection. This also helped me hone my resume further.
