I was approached by a recruiter via email. We scheduled for a phone interview possibly to screen my credentials for about 45 minutes. Then I met with one of managers for one on one interview

Smooth and typical of any corporate hiring process. 4 rounds of interviews if you include the introduction conversation with the recruiter. About 1 week in between interviews to accommodate other interviewees and hiring staff schedules.

Zoom interview, then face to face meeting with management. Very relaxed and straight to the point, no questions where I was put on the spot and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
2nd stage was more personality based and aimed at placing the candidate in the best area of the business. Very open to flexible arrangements and sounded like zero kpis
