Talk to the recruiter first, then talked with hiring manager, then talked with peer I'd work closely with, then I did a panel interview and walked thru a sample territory I'd manage and was asked how would I grow/secure current revenue stream. Very long and drawing out process took weeks

İnterview with the head of department. Casual talk, some specific queations regarding management skills and environment I have came from. Some interesting info is given i am not sure if it is for stress testing but i did not like it.

Three interviews with different level of seniority and one with future colleagues. Standard questions. Very pleasant, accommodating, all online via Teams. Asked about experience and allowed plenty of time to ask questions of them
