One step interview process with a given accounting and finance test followed by a hour long talk with the team lead. Overall looking for experience, culture fit and good education background.
2 rounds - 1 interview style and another case (provided information a week before). The interview was in a compressed format with various members of the leadership team asking rapid fire questions. One component was behavioral focused and other situational work context focused.
