The first stage is an online behavioural test, then HireVue video interview, and finally virtual assessment centre. The process was simple and steps on how to proceed were explained through email.

Very quick interview process, applied and within a week had been invited for the video interview follow up, consisted of 4 questions, each with a minute to think and then a minute to answer

Invited for an online assessment center. 9am to 3pm. had a group task, technical interview and competence interview. Spent whole week studying for it, only to find that they were not hiring anyone a week later, complete waste of time. Feed back about the interview process was good however.

Difficult but fair had a range of questions that provided great depth into what it is like working at the company as a graduate. However their criteria is very harsh when selecting candidates.
