Open interview with questions about education, motivation. The interviewer was very open about the profile they were looking for. Reviewed my CV in some detail but no in-depth followup on any points.

Rushed and uninterested phone screener, did not scream motivating to work for. In person interview scheduled but last minute rescheduled. Not sure how that will go just yet. Phone screener did not give great indication of a good company.
