I was hired by at staffing agency who referred me to the company. Then I had to interview with the supervisor. After the initial meeting with the supervisor I was asked for a second interview with the manager.

Very quick and easy. No pressure at all. I was a recent grad and was looking for a job, and this was my first interview. My interviewer and eventual manager was personable and cool, was not intimidating at all. A supervisor was also in the interview with me. It felt like a normal conversation where I was just getting to know some new friends. It is typically a 3 interview process, but I only had to do 2. I believe they were needing someone to fill a position ASAP, so they liked me and hired me on the spot in my second, 5 minute interview.
