Got referred by a friend in the company, and heard back within 2 days from the hiring manager and set up a phone interview. The phone interview was very casual, and we talked about my background and career for about an hour. Then I was set up for 3 face-to-face interviews, each lasting about an hour - 1.5 hours. Interview consisted of personal/background info questions and case study/situational questions.

Three stages with three different people. They move pretty quickly which is nice. Typically all from the same department as well! They ask more thought provoking questions than job specific ones
