Email to fix a pre-screening interview, then a 15-min phone call.
Email to fix two interviews with different level managers.
2x1-hr phone interviews on fixed questionnaire.
The first interviewer was not very gifted and the conversation was difficult. I was not able to associate with and get my best self out.
The second interviewer was better and conversation was easier, but the questions were exactly the same as the first one's.

Question 1
it's been a while, so I don't remember the exact questions, but they were the typical you see on all sites. What are your strong and what are the weak skills, what projects have you worked on and how you handled and this and that situation, etc. Nothing innovative, nothing special.

The interview experience was positive overall. The interviewers were understanding, supportive, and created a comfortable environment for me to share my thinking. The questions were thoughtful and relevant to the role. However, the process was significantly slower than expected — there were long gaps between rounds with little proactive communication, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on next steps. Faster communication between stages would greatly improve the candidate experience.
Technical phone screen and then 4 rounds of interviews that covered machine learning, coding, and soft skills. They let me know they were not going to make an offer several weeks after the interview.
