This is solely for the online application phase. I was applying for a UK role and the application platform was very US-centric. There was a platform that tried to auto-fill off my CV, which was great in theory but it didn't quite work and I spent about the same amount of time moving things around as I would have spent applying from scratch.

Entretien
I applied online, was emailed the next day and offered a chat with HR and an interview was scheduled in. On the day of the interview, 10mins prior to the start time I received an email that a (BU Sync) meeting was going to be running over for at least an hour and could I please suggest an alternative time. I suggested other dates and times however I never heard back from them, despite following up a few times. Completely ghosted. I was surprised this experience with Expedia and I found it disrespectful and unprofessional.
