Initial phone interview with recruiter quickly followed by video call interview with hiring manager, then in-person interview senior HR person and colleague. Happened very quickly, super efficient process! All stages were relaxed and informal - more of an opportunity to see if you are a fit, and likewise if the role is what you are looking for.
