Got referred by an employee. Recruiter reached after 2 weeks. He asked basic resume information.
The next step was a 30 mins phone interview with the hiring manager - questions such as why Expedia, challenging situation and resume based questions. It went well.
The next step was another 30 mins phone interview with a director, similar questions on your background and resume. Be through on your resume.
I was invited for an ON-SITE after a week.
There were 6 interviews.
Expedia has a guiding principles, questions will revolve around it.
First - Director: cultural fit questions such as team work, leadership and so on.
Second - Manager: Case Study to create a MVP website of a ski rental shop and define KPIs
30 mins - Lunch break
Third - Hiring Manager: why Expedia, why this role, KPI related question.
Fourth - Head of the team: Friendly guy, questions revolves around how Expedia can do better, questions on the product life cycle and how to write EPICs. He asked to write an epic for a situation.
Fifth: Senior PM: she was from another team (risk). Again, cultural fit.
Sixth: Senior PM (peer): the guy used to work amazon and was asking questions questions based on Amazon leadership principles.
Overall, a good experience. Everyone was friendly and nice.

Applied online (no referral) - recruiter reached out and invited for 1st round with HM - waited for 2 weeks after 1st round - and proceeded to 2nd pannel round with 4 interviewer from x-functional team (pm, engineer, designer, Director). Didn't get the offer but recruiter was helpful and interviewers were nice as well.
