It was fast and smooth, there were obviously the classic first interviews questions but the culture of this company was coming out with the first approach with the HR managers. I was asked to prepare a presentation for the second stage interview and for the preparation of the same I have been helped a lot from HR managers and hiring managers. they replied to my questions and gave me the chance to better understand the final goal of the presentation.

They got in touch with me after they checking my profile on LinkedIn, the recruiter was really helpful and thanks to him I had an initial good understanding of the role.
The I passed through two more interviews with my line manager and the VP of my department.
