Overall, the process was pretty quick and everyone was very responsive throughout. My HR partner was lovely, quick to respond, and very helpful. I had 4 rounds which included a video-screen interview, a call with HR, an hour-long interview with the hiring manager, and then a 45-minute call with another team member.

Each stage focused on different aspects such as my previous experience, problem-solving approach, and overall fit with the team. Communication was clear and timely, and the interviewers were professional and thoughtful. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience and was what made me want to join the team
