Initial Online assessment followed by an interview with the tech lead. Pretty poor experience from the interviewer who was both late to the call and was multi-tasking during the interview. It seemed he couldn't really care less about conducting one and had a pretty thick accent that made it hard to understand occasionally. Should maybe let others conduct the interview.

Pretty brief call with a manager where he got right into describing sorting algos. Then asked some random stuff about Java that I didn't know and then an EV problem. Very quick and straight to the point. They basically want to know if you study specifically for interviews.
