      The process was very shaky at the beginning. At first they were late to the calls and appointments they made with me, not by a lot, but definitely enough to make you feel like your time wasn’t being valued. I had a phone screening with HR that lasted about 15 to 20 minutes where they told me the basics of the company and for the position they were hiring for, I should mention that Exiger. reached out to me via LinkedIn and I had not applied for any position with them. I then had two interviews scheduled with someone from the local office who would be my manager and an executive in New York. I felt that both interviews went pretty well, candidly I was told on my second interview that there is a third executive who can serve as a tiebreaker in terms of the interview and hiring process, and that I would most likely not be interviewing with them. Lo and behold I have an interview scheduled with the third person senior executive in New York as well and that interview also went very well, which means either they wanted three peoples opinions or one of the first two people did not have the best interaction with me and needed a tiebreaker. In any case I enjoyed all three conversations I enjoyed the last two conversations with the executives the most however as they were more conversational. After the interviews I had three hours to complete a research assessment with a prompt and subject matter that is provided by the HR team, and that went very well it was a unique and very fun experience. Ultimately I received an offer for a very good salary but I had to decline due to the health coverage offered by the company, The health care offerings were priced so high that even with a pay increase I would be working for the exact same money as my current job,there would be essentially no real salary increase. All in all it seemed like the type of work I was looking for but unfortunately the bottom line just did not work out for me.

      I applied for a Senior Consultant role. I had a brief HR interview which focused on my motivations for applying and my background. I was then invited to a 60 minute video interview with two managing directors - I offered multiple times during which I would be free but never heard back from HR. I followed up twice but was ignored each time. Very unprofessional.
