The campus hiring procedure consisted of a written test followed by an interview for the selected candidates. The written test consisted of basics questions from electronics (analog and power) and C++. Questions related to power electronics (dc-dc converters, power semiconductor devices etc.), solar energy (basics, MPPT techniques etc.) and analog electronics (mainly Op-Amp applications) were asked during the technical interview. Their main focus was on the projects.
