The interview process begins with a 3-panel interview where you answer behavioral and technical questions. Following that, you deliver a 10-15 minute micro teach to 4 instructors, demonstrating your lesson planning, engagement strategies, and subject expertise. Panels observe your communication, adaptability, and teaching effectiveness.

The overall impression was positive; good communication the week before the interview, HR was very helpful and it was a well-planned interview day. The interview process was a standard teaching interview structure: sample lesson, unseen task and after a lunch break, the candidates are shortlisted for the interview.
