Initial telephone interview with Technical Director and Engineering Managr, followed up with a face to face interview and technical test with the same two interviewers. Second interview the following week with two directors. The whole process took about 3 weeks. Phone interview was a breeze, technical test was easy enough but the pressure was on trying to work through a number of issues on a 12 router scenario with no preparation and trying to explain the troubleshooting process in real time.
