This company is a joke. I interviewed with this company twice. For the first time, I didn't hear anything from them after attending a face to face interview even after chasing up. Since the company is only a few minutes drive from my house, I decided to give them a second chance a couple of year later. For the second time, I applied for a role in August, and I didn't hear anything until November. Then they invited me for a video interview. The whole interview lasted for 15 minutes and I was told this was only the 1st stage interview and they only wanted to have a general chat with the candidate. Again, no feedback after this interview. Nothing. It has been 2 month and the status of my application is still "in process".
