Everything done via phone , Skype, and jobvite. First I was contacted by an HR recruiter, then I was sent a jobvite interview where it records you answering 3 questions that appear on the screen. Then the actual department manager contacted me and asked questions over the phone and explained what the job entailed. Lastly I had a Skype interview with a panel of three different people. One from compliance, the manager, and a senior level staff member within the department i was hired to work in.
