We had a campus round which started with written test. Written test covered a lot of algorithmic questions, some basic programming and few analytics questions.
After that shortlisted candidates had a rapid fire kind of round where everyone was asked a trick programming question. whoever did it right were given another question and others were sent out.
The left one were then taken for a PI on a single or pair basis. This interview was around more than a hour long where first some basic programming question were asked then QA questions.
I was asked to take a project that I did in my curriculum(which was on inventory management) and write all the test cases for that project with development process. I wrote with details in standard format.
Then I was shortlisted and given a QA assignment online. After that there was an interview with bangalore team which had questions entirely on my QA knowledge including testing tools(eg. selenium) and methods. Then Last round was HR round from Chicago which took around an hour. This round had questions from all domains including technical likes dislikes, hobbies, family background, other interests. I also got to question back and know about the company. For every thing I told, I was asked in depth to know if I was not bluffing or how keen I am about my tasks for example in my technical likes or my current project. It was a very positive interview which I will remember as a great start always. Finally, I got my selection letter next day.
