talked to district manager and operation of store, they both asked about my background and what i want for my future. after both phone interviews i met with the owners of the company as well, to make sure i was the right fit for the store. it was great to see such commitment and passion from the owners themselves

My first interview was with a store manager from another location. The second interview was with District Manager. After 2nd interview, I heard back within a week with an offer.
