The whole process felt pretty hostile. The recruiter sent several late night emails drip feeding the need to know information, such as salary (below industry standard), working patterns etc and demanding fast responses without meaningful conversation. The interviewers were over 10 minutes late, and came straight into the conversation as if they were trying to trip me into a bad answer. Feedback took more than 2 weeks, and when it came, was just a generic dismissal email, rather than any real feedback.
