The initial interview was in-person where the hiring manager went down the list of expectations from the internships and the 10-week internship program at the company. They gave a brief overview of the company and shared the personal insight of what they specifically liked about working at Everwell. Applicants then were given a chance to contact the hiring manager again to schedule a facetime interview to move forward with the interview process.
