I was very excited when I received the email expressing interest in me and that I had to proceed with an assessment test. After the test you wait to find out if you are selected to go to the next part of the interview process. I received an email stating I passed and that I had to complete 3 short one minute recorded videos and answer a few questions. I prepared my self as if I was going to an interview so you would have to dress the part also. Eversource used a 3rd party to complete this process called hireart after I took my time in less than a few hours I received notification that hireart would not recommend me to eversource. I was then told that they still send over my application and that eversource would make the final decision. After reaching out to another employee I finally herd back from eversource as my recruiter wouldn’t respond at times to my messages.I expressed my interest and To this day I don’t understand why I wasn’t offered a position I don’t think that hireart does a fair hiring process in my opinion I believe eversource should be conducting there own interviews. For the position I applied for this process was very difficult. I also thanked my recruiter for finally informing me that they decided to go with other applicants. They should do better at communicating with there applicants as it’s misleading to state that they do the final review but then later I was told they go with whatever hireart recommends for there applicants. Hireart should not be conducting there interviews it doesn’t give you enough room to showcase your talent and who you are as an individual I was qualified for the position and it was disappointing to see that I wasn’t selected.
