Got to interview via phone within less than one week of applying. The interviewer asked some easy questions. Discussed situational questions related to customer service and maintaining work flow. Then discussed about skills and pay.

Kinda of a joke. Clear they have their “quotas” they need to meet. Very impersonal. Generic. Based on their hiring process, definitely not a company I want to work for.
