I have applied using LinkedIn then I recived a phone call to schedule an interview then I had an hr interview after that I had a technical one with the sales manger
Met with the director. One hour long. Setting was very relaxed and conversational. Was asked about my strengths and weakenesses. Explained my job description thoroughly and what was expected of the position. Salary requirements were discussed.
