Over the phone. Very positive. Asked interesting questions. Seemed genuinely interested in my background and if I was a good fit for the position. Most the questions were specific to me I felt and not just a predetermined checklist.

Began with a phone screening with the team lead, and we spoke about the position, the customers, job expectations, salary/benefits, and my experience and what I would bring to the team. After the phone screening I was invited to complete a skills assessment with the team lead, program manager, and senior trainers present. After the skills assessment I received feedback from the team and we discussed the way forward. I received an offer 3 days later.
