ECS Federal has one of the world’s laziest recruiting team. They don’t call you and discuss over the phone. It doesn’t matter what positions you applied to, every single recruiter just sends you an email with ten or so questions to answers. The funny part is that if they had taken the time to look at your resume, they would already know the answers to 90% of them. The most important question is the salary requirement which they try to put towards the bottom but you know it should be at the top. Speaks a lot about the company culture. Hard pass.
