Easygoing and relaxed. The first few interviews are via Microsoft teams and the final is in-person with the district manager. The questions were simple and they did a good job at describing daily duties and culture

Pretty quick interview proccess overall, didn't need to have an extensive amount of experience in sales to get role

It was brief and informal - I enjoyed learning about the company and the recruiter was very kind. I politely declined the offer after two rounds because the base was too low

Pretty comfortable and more of a social conversation. It might have been my specific manager, but it seemed like he was looking more for a personality fit and had the strive to get the job done.
