The interview process was fine. The guy that interviewed me was very kind and easy to talk to. However, the only feedback I’d give is for the interviewer to give feedback on why they didn’t get to the next round.

It was brief and informal - I enjoyed learning about the company and the recruiter was very kind. I politely declined the offer after two rounds because the base was too low

Pretty comfortable and more of a social conversation. It might have been my specific manager, but it seemed like he was looking more for a personality fit and had the strive to get the job done.
