Application submitted followed by a phone screening. The call lasted about an hour. Was given clear expectations for a follow up but never heard back. The call was conversational. The interviewer was personable and unintimidating.

Recruiter -> Hiring Manager -> Panel Interview then I got ghosted. I usually recommend candidates to stay away from companies that ghost them during the job interview because it will waste your time, time that you can spend preparing for other interviews.
